NO REAR PARKING Wednesday from 11-1 pm (NOON CLASS), the building management is meeting to try to add parallel parking spaces along the back alley. All of the spaces in the back will be marked as ‘RESERVED – GYM” so hopefully it will helps.

Tonight, Wednesday, December 12th from 5:30 pm-7:30 pm, FREE 15:00 Athletic assessment and treatment with Dr. Stacy Snow. Dr. Stacy is a holistic physical therapist and the founder of Tranquil Place Physical Therapy & Wellness, LLC. Stacy uses a variety of evidence-based techniques in her treatment with an emphasis on manual therapy to improve & restore muscle and joint function, assessment & correction of habitual movement patterns, postural re-education, and corrective exercise to improve strength and/or flexibility in problematic areas.
