All membership hold requests will follow the guidelines outlined in your Membership Agreement.
1. As stated in our membership agreement, you have the option to put your membership contract on hold. We understand things come up and we’d like to do what we can to help. We cannot retroactively apply membership holds, so please submit your hold request prior to your membership hold start date.
2. Prior to submitting your membership hold request, please review the Membership Agreement terms below. We also offer membership holds for long term travel scenarios.
CLIENT’S RIGHT TO HOLD: The Client may request to place the Agreement on hold for the following reasons (retroactive requests shall not be accepted): Client becomes injured, disabled, or sick, or Client is pregnant and/or has had a baby. In these cases the return date will be mutually determined based on the recovery and recuperation of the Client. Client billing will continue in accordance to the original terms and billing cycle (frozen membership will be received at the end of the current membership term). Injured, disabled, or sick does not apply if these periods are less than one month in duration.
3. The CFR7 management team has the right to approve or deny all membership hold requests. All membership payments are non-refundable.
4. Upon expiration of the hold period that you select below, your account will automatically reactivate.
