1 Set of Max Reps @ 80% (goal is 5+)

For time:
Run 800m
5 Rounds of ‘Cindy (5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 air squats)
Run 600m
5 Rounds of ‘Cindy’ (5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 air squats)
Run 400m
5 Rounds of ‘Cindy’ (5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 air squats)
RX+: Weight Vest, Fx = assisted pull-ups)
