In Spring 2022 Ann will finish her MS in Nutrition Sciences – Coordinated Program in Dietetics from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and become a Registered Dietitian (RD). Currently, she is completing her dietetic internship rotations around the DMV, working under dietitians to gain experience with the inpatient and outpatient clinical settings, eating disorders, and sports nutrition.
Ann started running competitively as a freshman in high school and began Crossfit and weightlifting in 2014. From her previous career, Ann understands the demands of a busy DMV lifestyle, from night shifts to traveling overseas for work. She is passionate about leveraging sports nutrition to fuel our bodies properly in order to increase strength, prevent injury and maximize performance. She promotes an “all foods fit” approach, positive body image, and achieving a happy, balanced life without extremes. Her nutrition expertise will help develop the holistic athlete in everyone.

In that time, he’s seen how a very strict protocol can quickly be abandoned and how something too relaxed is altogether ignored. It’s all about balance for Cameron. He wants to help you create a sustainable approach to your nutrition and, more importantly, a realistic one that aligns with your goals.
He knows that there is an overwhelming amount of nutrition and fitness information available 24/7 thanks to the wonders of social media with each promising dramatic changes if you just follow along for a few weeks. This only serves to create confusion and the dreaded dietary re-bound. Cameron’s goal is to help you cut through the noise and understand the basics of nutrition so that you can not only distinguish truth from trends but set goals you can realistically achieve and create progress that you can actually maintain for a lifetime.

During each session, we will dive more deeply into specific nutrition topics. You will walk away with a clear understanding of the subject, versus being overwhelmed with information. Nutritional crash course where you learn the basics of a macro diet plan. Think of this as a nutrition “On-Ramp” or foundations to macros. You’ll learn what the macronutrients – carbs, fats, and proteins – are. You’ll get a custom set of macros. With near-daily touch points, you’ll change the way you think about food and over the course of 3-months, you’ll learn a variety of tactics so you can ultimately apply what works best for you and your lifestyle.
3-month (minimum) package includes: custom set of macros + support as needed via Truecoach application.
CrossFit Route 7 Add-On to any level Membership $200 month (3 Month Minimum)
This package is for people who have tracked macros before and are comfortable navigating the world of tracking macros but just need a little accountability.
Month-to-Month package includes: 4 check-ins per month + tracking with Truecoach or spreadsheet + coach access for difficult situations or questions
