Double Under and Kipping/Butterfly Pull Up Clinic

On Saturday, 11/16 at 10AM we will be spending the first 20 minutes of class working on double unders and the next 40 minutes working on the kipping and butterfly pull up techniques. This clinic is free for members and $10 drop in for non-members. Facebook event here
