Did you know that CrossFit Route 7 offers world-class personal training? Our team works 1-on-1, in private sessions, with individuals to support their life, athletic, and long term goals. Foundations

The Foundations Program is for those who are new to CrossFit. The two week program includes three, one hour, private 1-1 sessions with a Coach to learn the fundamental movements of CrossFit, as well as unlimited access to CrossFit classes.
