If you can be fortunate enough to combine your passion with your investments, you will never work a day in your life. I am grateful to have this opportunity now with Anastasia and Tucker at CrossFit Route 7. Two exceptional people and a world class facility.

I started doing CrossFit in 2013 (joined CFR7 on opening day in January 2015) and have never looked back. I’ve spent a lifetime in gyms, on fields, on the ice and in locker rooms and nothing else comes close to the fulfillment you feel through the intense effort & focus of CrossFit. I joined to improve my athletic abilities and my fitness, but I was also embraced by a larger community filled with the most positive group of people I have ever met. The manager, coaches and the members are all exceptional. That is unique to CrossFit, you get both the Fitness and the Community.

I have been a morning person my whole life. You will find me at the 6 am or 7 am most days. If you are curious about Route 7 come work out with me, my treat. If you are already here and there is anything you think we could be doing better, do not hesitate to reach out.
