IT’S TIME. It’s time for the 2025 CrossFit Open season!

25.1 will be released on Thursday, Feb 27th, and we’ll complete the Open workout on Friday at the gym! As has been tradition the last few years, we will celebrate Friday Night Lights all three Fridays, with teams, and different themes!

MORE THAN ANYTHING, remember this is about community, camaraderie, having FUN, lifting each other ups, and challenging yourself year after year. Please consider signing up to join the party!

25.2: March 7 – Las Vegas
25.3: March 14 – Fire & Ice
