Over a two-week period, you will have the opportunity to work with a coach in three, one hour, private 1-1 sessions to learn the fundamental movements of CrossFit!

Our Foundations Membership/Program is designed to prepare you for success at CrossFit Route 7. Joining CrossFit takes courage and we want to make sure you are comfortable! It is important to us that you learn to lift and move safely with proper technique, while also experiencing our classes and vibrant community.

Over a two-week period, you will have the opportunity to work with a coach in three, one hour, private 1-1 sessions to learn the fundamental movements of CrossFit! Your coach will teach you barbell technique and how to use the barbell and other equipment safely. Individualized private sessions are tailored for each athlete’s success in class. Your three sessions will be scheduled based on your availability.

Your foundations membership will also include unlimited access to CrossFit classes during those two weeks so you can continue to learn while you work-out! Want to sign-up with a friend?
