My parents introduced me to CrossFit shortly after they discovered it in late 2014 and it has been the greatest influence on my life since. I grew up playing team sports and was never allowed to specialize, it was football in the fall, wrestling and snowboarding in the winter, baseball in the spring, swim team and slalom skiing in the summer. I am so grateful to my parents for keeping me involved in so many sports and for encouraging me to learn and maintain a broad and diversified range of skills as this has been the best translation to the constantly varied nature of CrossFit. I started doing CrossFit regularly after graduating high school and pursued it heavily during my first two years of college at Montgomery Community College in 2018 and 2019. I continued to do CrossFit while training for and completing my first Ironman in 2019 during my first semester at University of Maryland, where I went on to earn a B.Sc. in Kinesiology in May 2021. I earned my L1 in October 2020, began coaching in January of 2021, and later earned my L2 in September 2023 and L3 in December 2023.

I love to challenge myself and am constantly keeping myself busy with events, from CrossFit competitions to Ironman triathlons, Ultra marathons, Spartan races and Hyrox. I have competed in over 30 CrossFit competitions (team and individual), finished three Ironman 140.6 triathlons, three Ironman 70.3 triathlons, one standalone marathon, one Ultramarathon (Mountain Mist 50k), numerous Spartan races (5k/10k/21k).

Inspiring others to pursue the highest version of themselves physically and mentally is something I take great pride in. I love knowing what makes an individual tick, what their next summit is and how I can help them get there. There is no finish line and the race begins every day.

My favorite CrossFit movements are Handstand Walks, Strict Handstand Push Ups, Echo Bike, Snatch, and Double Unders.
