From a young age, fitness has always been part of who I am. I grew up playing a variety of sports and have always considered myself an athlete, but it was volleyball that truly captured my heart. I played competitively through college, where I developed a strong foundation in discipline, teamwork, and performance- all of which have continued to influence my fitness journey.
After graduating, I began exploring different athletic avenues and fitness modalities, always looking for new challenges and ways to push myself. That’s when I found CrossFit- and I was hooked. Since 2017, I’ve immersed myself in the sport, not just for the physical training but for the community, the constant growth, and the opportunity to discover new things about myself.
As someone with a background in coaching volleyball, stepping into a CrossFit coaching role felt like a natural progression. I’ve always been passionate about helping others pursue their goals, and I find it incredibly rewarding to be part of someone’s journey- whether that’s hitting a new PR, conquering a movement they’ve been working on for months, or just showing up and putting in the work.
Being a part of the CrossFit Route 7 community has taken that experience to another level- it’s truly the best. The energy, support, and camaraderie in this gym are unmatched, and I’m so grateful to be surrounded by such an inspiring group of athletes and coaches every day.
As a coach, I strive to create a supportive, motivating environment where athletes feel seen, challenged, and celebrated!
I hold the following certifications:
