While general nutritional advice is straightforward and easily accessible, applying it and making it specific to your needs can be difficult. Crossfit Route 7 also runs approximately 6-week long nutrition challenges throughout the year. These will be managed by a nutrition coach and will include a fee. See our website announcements for the next challenge.
The Platinum and Gold Nutrition plans have a minimum 3-month commitment, which will automatically convert to month-to-month at the end of three months.
