Our Foundations program is designed to prepare you for success at CrossFit Route 7! Joining CrossFit takes courage and we want to make sure you are comfortable. It is important to us that you learn to lift and move safely with proper technique, while also experiencing classes and our vibrant community.
Over two weeks, you will work with a Coach in three private 1 hour sessions to learn the fundamentals. Each session is tailored toward YOU, as every athlete moves differently. The three sessions will be booked around your availability. You will also have the opportunity to attend as many CrossFit classes as you would like over those two weeks in order to meet other coaches and members. After all, it is the community that keeps people coming back!
