Biography
Ever since I was little I have been involved in as many sports/physical activities as I could. I tumbled, did competition cheerleading, played lacrosse…I wanted to try it all and see what I enjoyed doing.
In 2012 I started lifting weights with a bodybuilding focus. I spent countless hours watching videos on proper form and learning how to move more effectively. Over the years I dabbled with different types of training and eventually moved my focus to more functional fitness. As I became more and more passionate about living a healthy/active life, I knew I wanted to become a personal trainer so that I could help educate and encourage others in their health & fitness as well.
I was first exposed to CrossFit in 2017 by a group of friends. I would occasionally do workouts with them and loved how CrossFit not only challenged me physically but also mentally. I ended up moving to DC, and started incorporating what CrossFit I learned into my workouts. Eventually I was introduced to Coach Elizabeth and in September of 2021 I officially joined CrossFit Route 7. What I love about CrossFit is there is always something you can learn and improve on, but what’s even better is you aren’t doing it alone. You have a strong community of people to hold you accountable, to work alongside you, and to become better with.
CrossFit Route 7 holds a special place in my heart. It is filled with people who truly believe in you and make you feel seen and known. And the coaches are committed to helping you so that you can move with efficiency and effectiveness. Being a part of CrossFit Route 7 has grown me not only as an athlete, but as a person and as a coach. It is where I met my husband and close friends, and where I know I can show up to work on both my strengths & weaknesses and come out stronger.
I’m honored to be a part of this community and to be able to coach Ab Attack! I hope to encourage and challenge you in building a stronger core that will help you not only in CrossFit but in your everyday life outside of the gym.

- Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (CPT-NASM)
