Saturday, March 25, 2023, 12 PM – Coach Zac and Mariah’s Send-Off/Farewell Hike!

It is with great sadness, but also great joy, that it has come time for us all to send Coach Zac and our sweet Ab Attack Queen, Mariah, off to the West Coast to be with their family at the end of March! 

These two are such a HUGE part of the Route 7 Nation family. Anyone who knows them, loves them both, as they bring so much joy and positive energy to every class. It is time for them to start a new chapter and enjoy being close to their newest nephew from our other former-loved members Ian and Ashley! 

Before they go, we’re going to send them off in true Zac and Mariah-style –we’re going to spend the day together, hiking, enjoying nature, and hopefully eating sourdough bread! 

ALL are welcome to join. We will head over to Bears Den Trial in Bluemont, Virginia, on Saturday at 12 noon, after the WODs. We will follow our hike with a trip to a local brewery or winery!
