We are excited to host Cody Abell for a 4-hour strongman seminar! He will be bringing in a “log” (think Rogue invitational, max log lift!), and “circus dumbbells” for us to learn about and lift!

Cody recently came in 3rd place at the Arnold Classic World Championship, making this an excellent opportunity to learn from one of the best in the field and have fun testing out your strength!
